First Floor Open Plan Remodel

The clients wanted a remodel to accommodate their current and projected lifestyle and needs by adding open spaces and a first-floor master suite. To accomplish this we created a first-floor master suite by reworking the living room and foyer area, and converted the front porch into interior living space. and removed walls that separated the dining room and kitchen.
